failed again ... masih menambah nasi masa berbuka huhuhu

5th day posa ... asyik makan je. ish ish ish ....




how to lose abit of weight mcm ni ...?






bersahur dirumah sendiri for the last 2 nights ... aik? just a pot of rice between us two and even that there's some more left. if we were at my parents, we'd be eating more!

  1. Welcome Back! Though it has been 4 months, awat invite Adel lambat sgt? Anyway, after one meal (berbuka), I'd take about 2 glasses of soy and grassjelly. Lepas tu, wpun niat asal nak tambah food, Id be too full to continue. So, I dont know if itd work with u but try la. Insyallah. Another thing, jgn sahur rumah mama la...:-)

    tak ramai yg tahu ttg blog ni adel, just a handful of people. better late then never kan? hehehe

    niat memang nak buka & sahur dirumah sendiri tapi tak sampai hati. parents duk berdua, there's just 2 of us and we live about 15mins away ... so why not keep each other company. sekali sekala balik ok la ....

    will-power tarak la hehehe ... but i'll give your way a try.

    btw, Adam & Amanda are growing up really fast! miss them :o)
